Installation Procedure

  1. Using the J 45934  and a hammer, install the NEW input shaft seal into the transfer case. See Special Tools .

    The J 45934  will install the seal to the proper depth. See Special Tools .

  2. Remove the J 45759  (2) from the transfer case. See Special Tools .
  3. Install the transfer case assembly. Refer to Transfer Case Assembly Replacement .
