Removal Procedure

    NOTE: Be sure to follow the service procedure when removing the air inlet grille panel. Failure to follow service procedure may cause damage to the air inlet grille panel or the windshield.
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement .
  3. Remove the hood seal, rear. Refer to Hood Rear Seal Replacement .

  4. Remove the push in retainers (2) securing the air inlet grill panels (1) to the vehicle.
  5. Disconnect the washer hose connector.
  6. Push the washer hose grommet into the plenum area.
  7. Remove the air inlet grille panel from the vehicle.
