NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1	Rod, Outside Door Handle Tip: Release the handle rod retainer with a flat-bladed tool.
2	Nut, Rear Side Door Outside Handle (Qty: 2) Tighten: 7 N.m (62 lb in)
3	Handle, Rear Outside Door Tip: Transfer the handle rod to the new handle.
