NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1	Plug, Nut Access Tip: Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to remove the plug.
2	Nut, Front Side Door Outside Handle (Qty: 2) Tip: Release the handle and lock rod from the door lock. Tighten: 7 N.m (62 lb in)
3	Handle, Front Door Outside Tip: Remove to outside door handle with the rod attached. Transfer the handle rod to the new handle.
