Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control module assembly.
  2. Install the HVAC control module assembly into the I/P.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the HVAC control module assembly screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  4. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement or Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement - Left Side .
  5. Refer to Control Module References for replacement and setup information.
