DTC Description

NOTE:

The Signal Tech II Tool [- (NI-50190)] can be used to perform the following functions: Refer to the Signal Tech II User Guide for additional information.

Activate and display TPMS sensor IDs
Display tire pressure reported by the TPMS sensor
Read TPMS DTCs
Register TPMS sensor IDs

DTC DETECTION LOGIC

			Threshold	Receiver ID registration cannot be performed.
			Diagnosis delay time	1 second or less

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Configuration is not completed.
The ID registration is not completed.
The tire pressure sensor ID is duplicated.

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
1. CONSULT
  1. Ignition switch ON.
  2. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "BCM(AIR PRESSURE MONITOR)".
  3. Check DTC.
Is DTC "C1769-00" detected?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .

NO>>

Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
