Diagnosis Procedure

1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.
   2. Disconnect front outside handle assembly RH connector.
   3. Check voltage between front outside handle assembly RH harness connector and ground.

      Front outside handle assembly RH

      D126	5	Ground	Battery voltage

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

GO TO 2.

1. 1. Disconnect BCM connector.
   2. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and front outside handle assembly RH harness connector.

      BCM		Front outside handle assembly RH		Continuity
      Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal
      M19	93	D126	5	Yes

   3. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

      BCM		Ground	Continuity
      Connector	Terminal
      M19	93		No

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

1. Check continuity between front outside handle assembly RH harness connector and ground.

   Front outside handle assembly RH		Ground	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   D126	6		Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 4.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

1. 1. Connect front outside handle assembly RH connector.
   2. Check signal between BCM harness connector and ground with oscilloscope.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 5.

NO>>

Replace front outside handle assembly RH. Refer to Removal and Installation .
