Removal and Installation: Installation
- Temporarily tighten the mounting nuts to the both side of sunroof unit assembly.
- Temporarily tighten the mounting nuts to the front end of sunroof unit assembly.
- Temporarily tighten the mounting bolts to the sunroof brackets (LH and RH).
- Tighten the installation points diagonally excluding the installation points of the sunroof brackets around the roof opening.
- Tighten the sunroof bracket bolts of the vehicle side, and then tighten the bolt of the sunroof unit assembly side.
- Tighten the mounting nuts to the front end and both side of sunroof unit assembly.
- Install assist grip brackets.
- Connect drain hoses.
- Install headlining. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install glass lid. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- Install side trims.
- After installation, perform fitting adjustment. Refer to Adjustment .
- After installation sunroof unit assembly, perform additional service. Refer to Description .
NOTE:
