Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM .

1. CHECK FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK
   
   

   Check that the following fuse and fusible link are not blown.

   Signal name	Fuse No.
   Battery power supply	69 (30A)

   Is the fuse blown?

   YES 

   Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit.

   NO 

   GO TO STEP 2. 

2. CHECK INVERTER UNIT POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
   
   
   1. Disconnect inverter unit connector B82.
   2. Check voltage between inverter unit connector B82 terminal 4 and ground.

      Inverter unit		Ground	Voltage (Approx.)
      Connector	Terminal
      B82	4	-	Battery voltage

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   GO TO STEP 3. 

   NO 

   Repair or replace the inverter unit power supply circuit.

3. CHECK INVERTER UNIT GROUND CIRCUIT
   
   

   Check continuity between inverter unit connector B82 terminal 8 and ground.

   Inverter unit		Ground	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   B82	8	-	Yes

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   Inspection End.

   NO 

   Repair or replace the inverter unit ground circuit.
