Removal And Installation - Front Expansion Valve: Removal

  1. Discharge the refrigerant. Refer to RECYCLE REFRIGERANT .
  2. Remove the cowl top extension. Refer to EXPLODED VIEW .
  3. Disconnect the high-pressure and low-pressure pipe from the expansion valve.
  4. Remove the front expansion valve bolts, then remove the front expansion valve.
