Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK AROUND VIEW MONITOR CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

    Check around view monitor control unit power supply and ground circuit. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

    NO 

    Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

  2. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT FOR OPEN

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect display control unit harness connector and around view monitor control unit harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between display control unit harness connector and around view monitor control unit harness connector.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
