Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Lack of movement during 8th gear engagement
  1. Faulty DCT
  2. Poor gear actuator engagement
Enable Condition
  • When 8th gear is engaged
  • Solenoid circuit normal
  • Position sensor circuit normal
  • Line pressure over 30 bar
  • Shift finger position change below 0.1416 mm for 40 ms
Threshold Value
  • Gear actuator clamping force detected greater than 1000 N for more than 500 ms
Diagnosis Time
  • 3 times
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
