DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Excessive force during 7th gear release but insufficient movement
  1. Faulty DCT
  2. Poor gear actuator disassembly
Enable Condition
  • When 7th gear is engaged
  • Solenoid circuit normal
  • Position sensor circuit normal
  • Shift finger position change below 0.1416 mm for 40 ms
Threshold Value
  • Gear actuator clamping force detected greater than 1000 N for more than 200 ms
Diagnosis Time
  • 2 times
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
