Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the deviation of short term fuel trim
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Restriction in intake system
  3. Fuel injector leakage
  4. Improper fuel pressure
Enable Condition
  • No relevant failure
  • Lambda adaptation active
Threshold Value
  • Idle long term fuel trim has reached Max. limit is lower than -0.005g/revolution (-2.5 mg/stk) for more than 20s within 90s
Diagnostic Time
  • 90 seconds
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
