Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the deviation of short term fuel trim
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Air leakage or restriction in intake or exhaust system
  3. Improper fuel pressure
  4. PCV valve stuck
  5. Restricted injector
Enable Condition
  • No relevant failure
  • Lambda adaptation active
Threshold Value
  • Idle long term fuel trim has reached Max. limit is higher than 0.008 g/revolution (4 mg/stk) for more than 20s within 90s
Diagnostic Time
  • 90 seconds
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
