Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • PWM Range Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty ETC motor circuit
  3. Faulty ETC motor
Enable Condition Case 1
  • TPS adaptation finished
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
  • No relevant error
Case 2
  • TPS adaptation finished
  • Constant TPS setpoint
  • No relevant error
Case 3
  • TPS adaptation finished
  • No relevant error
Diagnostic Time Case 1
  • Moving mean value of the controller output is higher than 95%
Case 2
  • Throttle position - Throttle position setpoint is higher than 3%
Case 3
  • Throttle position - Throttle position setpoint is higher than 25%
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.5 seconds
MIL ON Condition
  • Immediately
