DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Faulty AATS circuit
  3. Faulty AATS
Enable Condition
  • Intake temperature change is lower than 1.5°C (34.7°F)
  • Update the intake air temperature model values
  • Battery voltage is between 10 and 16V
  • If there are no related errors
  • Vehicle speed is higher than 39 km/h (24.23 MPH)
Threshold Value
  • If the difference between the measured atmospheric temperature and model value is over 30°C (86°F)
Diagnostic Time
  • 1 second
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
