Ignition Coil

An ignition coil is attached to the top of the cylinder head cover. Inside the coil, there is a primary coil that receives 12V battery power and a secondary coil that generates high voltage. The current generated by the secondary coil will be grounded in a spark plug, and the Engine Control Module (PCM) will decide ignition timing.
