The Power Control Block (PCB) contains the engine control relay and various fuses. It is responsible for voltage supply to various components. The Engine Control Module (PCM) measures and compares voltage from the ignition switch and engine control relay. The PCM can confirm that the engine control relay turned ON when it is commanded ON, or turns OFF when it is commanded OFF.
