Open Check

  1. Turn "OFF" the ignition switch.
  2. Disconnect ESP (ESC) and PCM (ECM) connector.
  3. Measure resistance between C-CAN HIGH terminal (LOW terminal) of the ESP (ESC) harness connector and C-CAN HIGH terminal (LOW terminal) of the PCM (ECM) harness connector.

    Specification:  Approx. below 1Ω

  4. Is the result within specifications?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Repair open in C-CAN BUS line between ESP (ESC) harness connector and PCM (ECM) harness connector and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
