Monitor DTC Status
- Plug GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
- Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)," and click "DTC Status" to check DTC information.
- Read "DTC Status" parameter.
- Record all DTCs, DTC state and freeze frame data. Is the DTC State "Present?"NOTE:
- History (Not Present) state: the DTC set but has been cleared.
- Present state: the DTC is active at present time.
YES
- Select ABS/ESP system and check DTCs related with AEB (SCC) system. If DTC is exist, repair as necessary, and then confirm clear.
- Repair or replace as necessary, and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- This fault was repaired and SCC (AEB) Module memory was not cleared. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
