Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	E-module connector	9 (+)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	E-module connector	13 (-)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit between ATM solenoid and PCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
