DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • No message from TCM
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Faulty PCM
  3. Faulty TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Delay time after ignition on greater than 0.5 sec.
  • Ignition Voltage greater than 10 V
  • Engine speed is higher than 32 RPM
Threshold Value
  • No message from TCM for 100 msec.
Diagnostic Time
  • 1.5 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
