VCM Position Sensor Circuit Inspection

- IG "ON"
- Measure the voltage between power/signal/ground terminals of VCM position sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 5 V (power terminal), Approx. 1.7 V (signal terminal), Approx. 0 V (ground terminal)
- Is voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to next step below
NO
- Repair open or short in VCM Position Sensor control circuit as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
