DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Open Stuck
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Open/short in control circuit
  3. Open/short in position sensor circuit
  4. VCM (Open stuck)
Enable Conditions
  • 1.3 second after flap state changing from open to close
  • Battery voltage is between 11 V and 16 V
  • IG ON
Threshold value
  • The voltage of flap feedback signal is between 2.3 V and 3.8 V
Diagnosis Time
  • 0.2 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 1 Driving Cycle
