DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  1. Poor connection
  2. Fuel pressure sensor
  3. Fuel pump control module (FPCM)
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kpa and lower than 600 kpa.
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10 V
Threshold value
  • Fuel pressure sensor power voltage is less than 4.75 V or greater than 5.25 V.
Diagnosis Time
  • 2 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • NO MIL
