Test Precautions

When performing stall speed test, DO NOT hold throttle open longer than 5 seconds. After each stall test, move selector lever to "N" position; and run engine at 1000 RPM for at least 2 minutes to cool down engine and transaxle. If engine speed exceeds limit shown in STALL SPEEDS  table, release accelerator immediately, as clutch or band slippage may occur.
