Road Test
- Before road testing vehicle, ensure fluid level, fluid condition and control linkage adjustments have been checked and corrected (as necessary).
- Self-diagnosis capability of this transaxle can be used after vehicle has been driven, before ignition is switched OFF. All fault codes are erased when key is turned off. See RETRIEVING CODES

- Various test procedures given can be used to detect any slipping component and confirm proper operation of good components. Malfunction can be caused by leaking hydraulic circuits or sticking valves.
- More testing is needed if actual cause of malfunction cannot be easily determined. Unless an obvious malfunction exists, DO NOT disassemble transaxle until hydraulic pressure tests have been made.
