Installation Procedure

  1. Install the right floor air outlet duct (4) to the HVAC module assembly (2).
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the screw (5) to the right floor air outlet duct (4).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Install the right I/P insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement .
