CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Notice . Preliminary Procedure: Remove the instrument panel (I/P) knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Cadillac) or Knee Bolster Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
1	Left I/P Electrical Center/Junction Block Tip: Disconnect all electrical connections. Release plastic retaining tab to loosen electrical center and maneuver out of I/P area.
