Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
  2. Roll back the seal on the shift lever until the TORX® head shift lever screw is exposed.

  3. Remove the TORX® head shift lever screw.
  4. Disconnect the shift lever electrical connector.
  5. Remove the shift lever from the steering column.
