Heater Core Replacement

Heater Core Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
  2. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
1 Screw, Heater Core Cover
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (14 lb in)
2 Cover, Heater Core

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (14 lb in)
3 Seal, Heater Core Pass Through
4 Core, Heater
