Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel carrier assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
1	Instrument Panel Carrier Assembly Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Carrier Assembly Bolt (Qty: 6) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
3	Instrument Panel Carrier Assembly Lower Bolt Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
