Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel compartment assembly (I/P lower trim panel). Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Assembly Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
1	Instrument Panel Carrier Assembly Bolt (Qty: 8) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
