Front Output Shaft Drive Sprocket Bearing Replacement

Preliminary Procedure
- Using the J 35512
and an arbor press, remove the bearing assemblies from the drive sprocket. See Special Tools .
- Ensure the bearings are installed squarely into the drive sprocket bore.

Transfer Case Front Output Shaft Drive Sprocket Bearing Assembly - Front Tip:
- Install the bearing using the long side of the DT-48211
. See Special Tools .
- Ensure the flat edge of the bearing is facing upward.
- Using an arbor press or hammer, install the bearing until the tool bottoms on the drive sprocket.
