Front End Upper Tie Bar Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the radiator grille reinforcement support. Refer to Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Replacement . Remove the radiator support diagonal brace. Refer to Radiator Support Diagonal Brace Replacement . Remove the upper fan shroud bolts. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement (Non-HP2) or Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement (HP2) . Remove the upper radiator bolts. Refer to Radiator Replacement (Non-HP2) or Radiator Replacement (HP2) . Remove the upper condenser bolts. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Gas) .
1	Upper Tie Bar Bolts (Qty: 6) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Upper Tie Bar Brace Bolts (Qty: 2) Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
