Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the upper radiator air baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (Cadillac) or Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (Yukon) .
  2. Remove the headlamp assemblies upper bolts.
  3. Remove the hood latch cable from the reinforcement. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement .
1 Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Screw (Qty: 7)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  9 N.m (80 lb in)

2 Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support
Procedure: 
Remove the hood latch cable from the radiator grille reinforcement support.
