Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Installation (RPO LY2/LY6)

    IMPORTANT: Position the gasket O-ring seal (308) onto the nipple portion of the pipe.
  1. Install the seals onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.

  2. Install the pipe (307) and seals (308).
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the bolts (309).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  4. Install the covers (313) and seals (308).
  5. Install the bolts (312).

    Tighten:  Tighten the cover bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
