Removal and Installation: Procedure

NOTE:

Numbered call-outs in figure pertain to list numbers in following procedure.

Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
  1. Expansion Tank Cap - Remove

    NOTE:  Wait until the PCU coolant is cool, then carefully remove the radiator cap.

  2. Intake Air Duct A and Intake Air Duct C - Remove
  3. Expansion Tank - Remove

    NOTE:  Drain the PCU coolant from the expansion tank.

    Note for installation 

    Make sure the hose clamps are properly positioned and tightened, and make sure that they do not interfere with the surrounding parts.

  4. All Removed Parts - Install
    1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
  5. PCU Coolant - Refill and Air Bleed
