Wireless Charger Symptom Troubleshooting - Wireless charger indicator does not come on

NOTE:  Before troubleshooting, make sure the fuses and relays associated with the system is OK.

1. Open wire check (+B_BACK_UP line)

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

   -2. Disconnect the following connector.

   Wireless charger 7P connector

   -3. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.

   Test condition	OFF (LOCK) modeWireless charger 7P connector: disconnected
   Test point 1	Wireless charger 7P connector No. 7
   Test point 2	Body ground

   Is there battery voltage?

   YES 

   Go to step 2.

   NO 

   Repair an open or high resistance in the wire.

2. Open wire check (GND line)

   -1. Measure the resistance between test points 1 and 2.

   Test condition	OFF (LOCK) modeWireless charger 7P connector: disconnected
   Test point 1	Wireless charger 7P connector No. 1
   Test point 2	Body ground

   Is there 1.0 Ω or less?

   YES 

   Replace the wireless charger .

   NO 

   Repair an open or high resistance in the ground wire or poor ground (G402).
