DTC U0111 (PGM-FI System)

DTC U0111  : EP-CAN Malfunction (PCM-Battery Condition Monitor Module)

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
• If DTC U0111 is indicated alone, do the troubleshooting for DTC U1206 using the on-board snapshot for U0111.
• If any of the DTCs listed below are indicated at the same time as DTC U0111, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then recheck for U0111.

    U1206: Battery condition monitor module

DTC (PGM-FI)

1. DTC check

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	Confirmed DTC	Pending DTC
   U0111 EP-CAN Malfunction (PCM-Battery Condition Monitor Module)
   U1206 EP-CAN Malfunction (PCM-Battery Condition Monitor Module)

   Are DTC U1206 and U0111 indicated at the same time?

   YES 

   Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.

   NO 

   Go to the troubleshooting for DTC U1206  using the on-board snapshot for DTC U0111.
