DTC P0606 (PGM-FI System)

DTC P0606  : PCM Processor Malfunction

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
• If DTC P0606 is indicated alone, do the troubleshooting for DTC P1A48, P1A49, and P1A4A using the on-board snapshot for P0606.
• If any of the DTCs listed below are indicated at the same time as DTC P0606, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then recheck for P0606.

    P1A48, P1A49, P1A4A: PCM internal circuit

DTC (PGM-FI)

1. DTC check

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	Confirmed DTC	Pending DTC
   P1A48 PCM Internal Malfunction (SBW Different Run)
   P1A49 PCM Internal Malfunction (SBW Parking Position)
   P1A4A PCM Internal Malfunction (SBW Display Position)
   P0606 PCM Processor Malfunction

   Are DTC P1A48, P1A49, or P1A4A and P0606 indicated at the same time?

   YES 

   Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.

   NO 

   Go to the troubleshooting for DTC P1A48 , DTC P1A49 , and DTC P1A4A using the on-board snapshot for DTC P0606.
