CAN communication

The Auto High-Beam communicates with other control units via F-CAN. For Auto High-Beam system diagram, review the Auto High-Beam System Diagram .

If the multipurpose camera unit detects a communication error or a malfunction in another connected unit, the Auto High-Beam will not operate even though it is OK. In this case, both the Auto High-Beam indicator and the related unit indicator will come on and stay on.
