Power Brake Booster: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal, and note these items:

1. Adjust the pushrod length before installing the brake booster. See MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD  step  11 .
2. After installing, adjust the brake pedal height, See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT  .
3. Adjust brake pedal free play. See BRAKE PEDAL FREE PLAY  .
4. Use new O-ring and cotton pin whenever installing.
5. If master cylinder brake lines were disconnected, bleed brake system. See BLEEDING  .
