Removal & Installation (2WD)

Raise and support vehicle. Remove front wheels. Remove caliper and set aside. See FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPER . Remove hub cap, cotter pin and lock nut. Remove spindle nut. Remove outer bearing and rotor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Adjust wheel bearing preload. See WHEEL BEARING PRELOAD under ADJUSTMENTS.
