Removal And Installation

- Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - Fuel Pump")
- Disconnect the fuel sender connector (A).
- Remove the fuel sender (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
- Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).
- Remove the fuel feed tube quick-connector (B) after releasing the fixing clip (A).
- Remove the head assembly (B) after releasing the fixing clip (A).
- Remove the suction port (A) from the reservoir cap.
- Remove the reservoir-cup (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
- Disconnect the ground cable (A).
- Remove the fixing clip (A), and then disconnect the fuel pressure regulator (B).
- Remove the clamp (A) and remove the suction port (B).
- Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A).
- Release the fixing hooks and then remove pre-filter (A).
- Remove the fuel pump motor (A) in the arrow direction.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
