Removal And Installation

Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ")
Disconnect the fuel sender connector (A).

Remove the fuel sender (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).

Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).

Remove the fuel feed tube quick-connector (B) after releasing the fixing clip (A).

Remove the head assembly (B) after releasing the fixing clip (A).

Remove the suction port (A) from the reservoir cap.

Remove the reservoir-cup (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).

Disconnect the ground cable (A).

Remove the fixing clip (A), and then disconnect the fuel pressure regulator (B).

Remove the clamp (A) and remove the suction port (B).

Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A).

Release the fixing hooks and then remove pre-filter (A).

Remove the fuel pump motor (A) in the arrow direction.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
