Water cooled intercooler coolant reservoir tank
- Disconnect the water cooled intercooler outlet hose and then drain the water cooled intercooler coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "WATER COOLED INTERCOOLER COOLANT ")
- Loosen the drain plug and drain the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
- Disconnect the water cooled intercooler over flow hose (A).
- Disconnect the water cooled intercooler reservoir tank hose (A).
- Disconnect the ATF warmer coolant hose (A).
- Remove the water cooled intercooler coolant reservoir tank (A).
Tightening torque:
7.8 - 11.7 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.7 - 8.6 lb.ft)
- Remove the water cooled intercooler coolant reservoir tank bracket (A).
Tightening torque:
7.8 - 11.7 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.7 - 8.6 lb.ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Fill the engine coolant.

NOTE:- The engine coolant must be injected according to the integrated thermal management module (ITM) coolant filling method.
- Fill the water cooled intercooler coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
NOTE:- The water cooled intercooler coolant must be injected according to the electric water pump (EWP) coolant filling method.
