Installation Procedure

    Body Side Hood Strut Bracket (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Hood Strut Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Hood Power Assist Actuator (2) - Install

    4. NOTE:

    Ensure the clip is fully seated when the rod is reinstalled. If the clip cannot be fully seated, a new rod should be installed.

  4. Install the metal clip at the end of the hood power assist actuator (2).
  5. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install

    Front Wheelhouse Rear Liner (3) - Install

  7. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install

    Front Fender Paint Protector (2) - Install

  10. Front Fender Paint Protector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield (1) - Install

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
