Installation Procedure
Maneuver the right front brake pipe (1) into the vehicle.
Front Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Engage [2x]
Remove the plug from the front brake hose inlet.
- Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Front Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Engage [2x]
Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (1) @ Evaporative Emission Canister - Install - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Retainer (2) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Install [3x]
Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (2) - Install
- Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Bolt (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (2) - Install - Fastener Specifications
Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Clamp Nut (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Nut (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (1) - Install [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Air Conditioning Evaporator Outlet Tube Seal (3) - Install NEW
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Inlet Tube Seal (4) - Install NEW
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Nut (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (AWD) , or Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (FWD) , or Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (AT4)
Remove the cap from the brake master cylinder outlet.
- Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:

Radiator Surge Tank (2) - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R -134a) , or Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
- Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
- Fill the coolant system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Check for brake system leaks.

Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Retainer (2) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Install [3x]
Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (2) - Install
- Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Bolt (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (2) - Install - Fastener Specifications
Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Clamp Nut (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Nut (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (1) - Install [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Air Conditioning Evaporator Outlet Tube Seal (3) - Install NEW
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Inlet Tube Seal (4) - Install NEW
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Nut (1) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (AWD) , or Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (FWD) , or Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (AT4)
